What a great web shopping experience! You guys are doing a terrific job. Here are the reasons I would recommend you to a friend:
1. You don't try to make a profit on the shipping charge. Some web stores do that. They charge several times the actual cost of shipping, just to gouge the customer. But even though your price on the razor was the best I found, you have free UPS shipping and a fair charge for extra fast shipping.
2. You actually shipped the item immediately. It's too bad more web merchants don't have your standards. I have book-marked your site for any future purchases of this type.

The price of the item I ordered was slightly higher than the offering at a competitive on-line store, but the free shipping you gave made it more attractive. Also, my previous experience with ordering from your store was good, so I decided to go with you again. And I'm very glad I did. Once again, the efficiency of your store has amazed me. I received my order in less than two days (it was placed at 5pm one day, then delivered in the morning two days later). Not only was it expertly packaged (the outer box was properly taped and fit snugly around the product box), but it included a surprise free gift--a travel quartz clock. Thank you! I just wanted to drop you a note to tell you how appreciative I am for the fine way you handled the difficulty I had in getting my shaver delivered. This is the first time I have ordered a product over the internet and although I was hesitant at first, your customer-friendly website lessened my fears. As this was to be a gift for a relative, your 24-hour shipping policy made it attractive as well.

It was much to my chagrin to learn that my package was lost in transit by the carrier. Upon informing your staff of the problem, I was sent a duplicate order that very day. Needless to say I received the package in plenty of time to present it as a gift. The fact that you enclosed a small gift to compensate me for my "inconvenience" was truly above and beyond all my expectations and certainly appreciated.

My name is Alex Hunter and I am a man of few words and usually of little patience. Therefore, I just wanted to let you know that I was very impressed with your service. Specifically, your phone service-I don't order over the internet and you were referred to me by the Braun company. I have to say that in these days of machines answering phones, imagine my suprise when a human actually picked up. She was courteous, helpful, and practically knew my questions and concerns before I did. A scraggly old beard like mine is a tough thing to buy for, but she knew what questions to ask and recommended a great Braun shaver that works great. Even when she went to check something, I was on hold for no more than 10 seconds. I never even got to hear what the hold message was.
Great job guys. I like being treated like #1.
