- What's my order tracking number?
You can easily track your order on Shavers.com (and therefore, get
your tracking number) by visiting our home page and clicking on the
"Track My Order"
link. Just punch in your order number and it will track the package for you,
giving you all the necessary information.
- When I track my order, it shows no information!
If you track your order and see no available information, it is most
likely because you have not allowed enough time between placing your
order and actually allowing your order to ship out. Please note that
UPS does not pick up on weekends or most holidays and your order does
not get processed until the next business day.
- I have an Earthlink email address and I never get a
reply to my contacts from Shavers.com.
If you are using an Earthlink or Mindspring email address, you MUST
set your email blocker that comes standard with these services to allow
emails from "info@shavers.com" to pass through to your inbox. Unfortunately
we do not have the time to "apply" for access to your email, so if you do
not make this allowance prior to sending your contact information, you will
not receive a reply. Sorry for the inconvenience.
